Jahnise Wiggins — Founder, AvenRise Group
Jahnise is an entrepreneur, investor, and operator driven by execution and growth. Her path started long before real estate — in 2013, when she entered the trucking and logistics industry. For nearly a decade, she worked inside one of the most demanding operations in America — delivering freight on the road, learning discipline, systems, and problem-solving under pressure.
In 2019, She launched her own trucking company — Wiggins Transport — building it from the ground up, managing operations, finance, and customer relationships. That experience taught her something most entrepreneurs never learn:
how to run a business in the real world, with real stakes.
During those years, she saw firsthand how many people struggle with property — inherited homes, vacant houses, expensive repairs, or life changes that make selling complicated. That sparked the idea for AvenRise Group
